Why don't I just let it go?
What I noticed most is that started to recognize when people came into my energy field. I felt the boundary better. My boundary. Grounding/ meditating also works well for me. When I do it at home (I should do it more often by the way :P ) it feels less intense than when I was with you. Funny to feel the difference between your presence and doing it alone.
Letting go has always been my biggest problem. I notice that after our sessions, it is easier to be at peace with other people’s opinions and things I can’t change. I can’t say I have overcome that completely, maybe I never will. But I am aware of it sooner.
That moment when I realise,"Hey, I am holding onto something, why am I doing that, why don’t I just let it go?"
But my biggest lesson has been that it’s ok to feel. That it doesn’t matter what I feel or why because it is fine.
My pattern was always only to allow emotions that in my opinion are good for me. That my surroundings said were good for me (socially acceptable). But negative emotions are also part of life and it is just as important to feel them, because we can learn so much from them.
A deep sense of trust...
The coaching sessions with you have always helped me when I have reached a dead end. You give me a different perspective and show me how to claim my power again. You also facilitate my contact with the Self, which we humans often seem to distance ourselves from. It is a relief to feel clearly again,
“Oh yes, that is right for me!”
- A helping hand and an anchor point so that you can move on. - A new perspective on one’s life.
And how to get back in touch with a deep sense of trust.
That is essential to progress and face the challenges that arise on your path. With a certain fresh distance.
